- No goods can be returned without prior authorization by Service rentals and Sales.
- A RGA (Return Goods authorization) the authorization is valid for a period of 30 days.
- Products shipped by our error will be accepted for return with full credit.
- Shipping errors must be brought to Service Rentals and Sales attention within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
- No RGA’s (Return Goods authorization) will be issued after 2 days from invoice date.
- Returned products must be of resale quality or no credit will be provided. Service rentals and sales reserves the right to determine the acceptability of all returned goods.
- Standard products may be returned at Service Rentals and Sales discretion with a up to 35 % restocking fee and freight cost.
- Made to order products are not returnable.
