Service Rentals & Sales has been loyally serving Northern Ontario for over 30 years. Started in 1983 as R.Y.S Service Rentals & Sales by Serge Veilleux, the company operated from Second Line East and was focused mainly on equipment rentals with a limited line of construction supplies.

In 2007 Service Rentals & Sales was purchased by local businessman Albert Giommi who also operates National Supply Centre and National Concrete Pumping.

In late 2007 we moved to our current location on 9 Sackville Rd. Since the move, we added a full line of construction supplies from industry leading manufactures including Hilti, Euclid Chemical, Makita, Owens Cornings and Multiquip, as well as large variety of protective equipment, safety clothing and signage from brands like Pioneer and Watson Gloves.

Another service we offer is Safety Training with a full suite of courses including WHIMIS, forklift, propane handling and first aid. Training is offered both in-house and on-site.

For many years the bulk of our customer base was commercial and industrial. In 2014 we decided to expand our residential appeal by becoming Algoma’s Mahindra Tractor Dealer. Mahindra tractors are the number 1 selling tractor in the world, designed for farm-grade work and are built with heavy-duty components which is essential for our northern climate. Our Service Department expanded to include services for a wide range of small engines, snowmobiles, snow blowers, marine engines and more. We are also the warranty centre for Makita, Hilti, Mahindra, Ariens just to name a few.
